Ingredients: 4 Each Chipotle Chiles (no stems or seeds) 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
Procedure: 1. Combine chilies and oil. Heat to simmer. Continue to simmer until chilies are soft. Let cool. Puree. Reserve.
